Chop Challenge accepted! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

A few weeks ago I challenged y’all to a hair chop, and my sweet friend Courtney stepped up to the plate! She donated her hair to @childrenwithhairloss, an organization that gives wigs free of charge to children who struggle with hair loss.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again. When you’re already battling against a health condition, something as simple as a wig can mean everything. It can make you feel a little more “normal” even when life is anything but that. It has been hard enough losing my hair as a confident adult, but I think it would be so much tougher to experience it as a kid in school. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

You just need at least 8inches of healthy hair to donate. It can be gray and can even have been dyed as long as it is still healthy! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
